Special Conditions to be Adhered in meditation programs

1.   All participants of our activities must be dressed in white clothes
2.  It is compulsory to wear Upper Cloth or Shawl (Uturu Saluwa) for all our Meditation Programs
3.  It is compulsory to observe 8 precepts(Uposita Ashtanga Seelaya) to all our Meditation programs
4.  Ladies shall not wear salwar or jeans
5.  Also they shall not wear sleeveless or open neck blouses
6.  No gold or any other jewellery allowed
7.  All mobile phones shall be switched off
8. Silence shall be strictly observed at all times
